Parties with more than two guests may be able to take advantage of Rider Swap, which enables guests to experience an attraction while another member of their party waits with the guest who does not ride. The guests then “swap” to enable the other party member to enjoy the attraction without having to wait in line again. For further information on how to use this service, please speak with a Ride Attendant at each specific attraction.
-
Service animals are welcome at Paradise Pier Fun Park. Service animals must be physically controlled on a leash or harness at all times. Due to the nature of our rides, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of their party. Paradise Pier Fun Park staff are not permitted to take control of service animals. Guest whose service animal demonstrates aggressive actions toward our guests or staff will be directed to remove the animal from the park. Limit one service animal per guest. Guest may take advantage of Rider Swap policy for staying with service animals.
-
All Guests must meet minimum height and all other safety requirements of each attraction. These safety requirements are posted at the entrance to each ride. Safety is our number one priority. In some situations, Guests may not be permitted to board a ride in the interest of personal safety or the safety of other Guests and employees. Guests must be able to utilize all safety restraints and devices as designed by the manufacturer and must have the ability to maintain the proper upright riding posture throughout the ride’s duration. This includes but is not limited to hands on handlebars, feet on floor, and a proper upright riding posture.
-
Evacuations may be required due to circumstances out of our control. Certain evacuations may require guests to use additional safety equipment during the process. If an evacuation from a ride is required, for safety reasons, we may evacuate ambulatory guests prior to evacuating those guests using wheelchairs. If so, you accept any risk due to a delayed evacuation if we need to physically lift or lower you.
-
Guests with any prosthesis should not ride unless they can ensure the device is properly secured and will remain in place during the ride. All riders must be able to maintain the proper riding position. Additionally, prosthetic devices with exposed metal parts are not permitted on most of Paradise Pier Fun Park rides.
-
Guests with cognitive disabilities should inquire with the Ride Attendant at each location for assistance. All members of the party with the cognitive disabled guest(s) are provided with a description of the ride and the movements they will experience from the Ride Attendant. All guests with cognitive disabilities should have a clear understanding of the type of ride they are boarding and the movement they are going to experience. Members of the party may ask the Ride Attendant at each location for Rider Swap if they choose not to ride. Please ask the Ride Attendant at each location for specifics on performing a Rider Swap.
-

Paradise Pier Fun Park reserves the right to ask that shoes be removed to ensure a child’s height is not being artificially enhanced or manipulated.
-
